01 / Procurement guide
Define bulk at the product level
A bulk order should identify cases and pallets for each SKU rather than an unspecified quantity of drinks. Include brand, variant, container and outer-pack format. Confirm the offered pack and pallet configuration before comparing product prices or calculating storage capacity.
02 / Procurement guide
Keep category requirements distinct
Soft drinks, energy drinks, iced tea, juice and water serve different buying needs. Specify the individual products within each category and the label requirements for the receiving market. Where a product has particular storage requirements, confirm these before transport and receiving arrangements are agreed.
03 / Procurement guide
Check minimums and mixed-load requests
WOOVE energy drink orders start at two pallets. Minimum quantities for other brands and categories are confirmed with the quotation. If you want to combine products, list the proposed quantities by SKU and ask whether that configuration can be supported. A mixed-load request is assessed, not assumed.
04 / Procurement guide
Ask for the complete commercial specification
Request current product pricing, availability, the offered market version, pack and pallet details, shelf-life information and proposed delivery timing. All prices are provided by quotation. Keep the written specification with the purchase record so receiving staff can compare the delivery with what was accepted.
05 / Procurement guide
Prepare the delivery point
All products supplied by WOOVE are dispatched from Germany. For the receiving address, provide country, postcode, warehouse contact, unloading facilities and appointment restrictions. Discuss DDP or DAP with a named place for Europe and the UK, and confirm destination responsibilities where import applies.
06 / Procurement guide
Use the first order to improve the next brief
Record what was ordered, what arrived and how the receiving process worked. Before repeating the order, reconfirm the SKU and current availability. A clear buying record helps avoid unnecessary substitutions and supports more useful replenishment discussions.
